Assist in processing the procedures of Non-Local working permit cards (Blue card) for foreign laboor upon arriving in Macau SAR, and process the procedures of cancellation before or after they return to their place of origin when they have already finished their contract period , resigned or terminated. Encode all important documents of the Immigration Department and Human Resource Department. Responsible in dealing with the renewal of foreign labor contract ( prepare relevant documents, the quota of the employer, encoding the application for the Human Resource Department) Deal with all kinds of situation that may occur between the Immigration Department and Human Resource Department. Follow the content of contract with the Sunkoshi-IHR to solve the problem of the foreign laborers with the help of Human Resource Department.
Other Services To assist your company in processing the recruitment, sourcing, selecting candidates for the job, conducting preliminary interview, screening, and appointment will be scheduled according to your convenience time. The Sunkoshi-IHR will arrange the arrival of the laborers in Macau and the working entry procedures in Macau Sar and the relevant procedures on returning to origin when the labor has already finished their working contract period, resigned or to be terminated, all expenses occured including the return air ticket is to be provided by employer. Base on the regulation of Macau Labor Affair Bureau, employer has to provide the accomodation to the foreign labors. Employer may consider paying directly to supply agent a sum MOP$500.00 (five hundred patacas) per head every month for their housing expenses. Sunkoshi-IHR will provide apartment with basic equipment and to handle all the management which is complied with Human Resource Department. The said rate is subject to change in accordance with the rental agreement. Sunkoshi-IHR will charge 8% of the rental for the management of apartment, including rental deposit & and aoartment management fee, if there is any problem with the condition of the living facilities, Sunkoshi-IHR should send off representative to approach all the suggestions, and should improve the environment to meet the government requirements. Management fee will be charge to employer or to be discussed. The electricity & water bills will be paid by the employees.
